I am not local, I come in from PA to shuttle in and out of NY city using the NJ transit 320. Not the best judge based on my minimal usage. But I do find the app very easy to use and thorough.

I cant create a password. I'm using 13 characters including cap letter, lower case letter, number, and symbol. Also, we do I need to create account to look up a train.
Just a great app, fast no bugs
Possible the worst transit app I have ever had the misfortune to use. Slow, UX is awful and seems to struggle to connect to it's server.
