USB Media Explorer (UME), formerly known as Nexus Media Importer, allows you view photos (Jpeg and Raw), stream videos1, listen to music, and view documents from USB storage devices and cameras. View full size photos and videos without importing!Supported Devices:- Flash/Pen Drives- Card Readers- Hard Drives2- Cameras3- Other Android devices4- MTP/UMS audio players5- Some DVD drives6Additional Hardware Requirements:- Connecting most devices will require a microUSB OTG cable or USB C to USB adapter. These are available from most major retail websites.Notes:1. Video and audio formats not natively supported by Android (AVI, Dolby, DTS, WMV) may require a third party player like VLC.2. Hard drives require considerable power and may require an external power source, like a powered USB hub.3. Only cameras with storage are supported. Live image devices like endoscopes and webcams are not supported.4. To access another Android device, put the target device in MTP/File Transfer Mode.5. Most β€œi” devices use a proprietary protocol. Works as advertised

I can't get it to work on my SSD drive (NTFS). It gives the error S7.b: transfer failed :-20-12

Difficult when using to scan through and delete pictures. I have to o click to view it, click 3 dots, click delete, click to confirm and click to acknowledge it was deleted. Then I can't delete another without getting an error until I move to a different image and back to the one I want to delete. 6 actions for each delete when sorting through images is way too much.

Excellent on my pixel 4A showing the files from my Sony RX100 digital camera using a SD reader to USB type C

great app

Totally works on my Pixel 6 running Android 12! Now I can edit RAW files from my DSLR or quickly get videos off my action camera.

Workes perfectly for opening ExFAT otg usb drives. The circle app icon needs readjustment tho, there is white spaces on its sides.
