The perfect companion to any introductory psychology course, Psych Lab 101 contains 31 well-known cognitive and clinical psychology experiments you can try yourself. See how you compare to classic results - figure out how long it takes to mentally scan through groups of objects in the Sternberg scanning paradigm, see if words are recognized faster than letters in a word superiority task, try to spot subtle changes in the change blindness paradigm, and much more! Also included are 11 visual illusions that can be adjusted in real-time, so you can see how size, speed, orientation, or other factors influence your perception. Each experiment includes background information with references, history, and a description of methods. In addition, you can try several versions of each experiment to experience an effect with different stimuli, timing, or conditions.Psych Lab 101 contains the following experiments. Love, LOVE and Loveeee this app. I've been looking for a brain training/psych testing app for awhile, and while there are many good ones out there, they usually lack the insight and background info behind each type of exercise. This app offers so much information and knowledge, so many options within each category of testing, and all the prepping before testing that one needs to do their best. I'm giving the devs a standing ovation for this oneπŸ‘. I may be sounding a little dramatic here, but I've honestly been very satisfied and content with this app so far. Only thing I would ask to be considered as far as changes/future updates, would be to modify the test results in such a way so that those people not familiar with psychology terms and figures can still understand clearly how they scored. Maybe use percentages when grading accuracy, and have a graph or another owed percentage system to gauge where a person sits in comparison to the average and whether they need improvement or not. That way if someone doesn't like reading the overviews, they may still have an idea of how well they tested. I love everything about this app, these are just suggestions that could really polish it up into something bigger and better. One other thing I'd like to suggest, or two actually.. 1. For those not in a class or not yet pursuing a psych degree, an option to create a profile that tracks test scores and other info related to how they score as an individual would be AWESOME. 2. The ability to hide that left hand test category/options column. That way there's more room to read information. I know these are things that will probably take time, effort, and possibly money, so it's not extremely necessary at this point. The app is great as is. If, in the future, you consider making any changes similar to what I've suggested (and if you give the option to donate to the cause), I'm already down. Sorry for the long review, and THANK YOU for sharing this app. β€πŸ˜ΈπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘

This pack is very well and user friendly designed. I could finally take the tests that I read about in cognitive psychology... I appreciate your great great free contribution to science.πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— Keep going and make some improvements on it, though that would be a difficult I like your progress..
