This month I've rarely been able to log into my awards. Must be because it's sweepstakes month (log in everyday to enter). Your servers must be overloaded (sure lol). But this is what I'm getting, a white screen and then this: 504 Gateway Time-out nginx/1.18.0

Great app!
I can't renew my service within the app. I am inches away from running out of data. Net10 knows smartphones don't operate well on 2G service. When you run out of high-speed data, that's it. You can't do anything except make a phone call or send a text. I have tried several times to renew my plan via the 'Manage Auto Refill' button and each time, I get an error message. The same thing happened 2 months ago and I ended up having to call net10 and have them renew it.
