For the most part, the app works great. The only frustration I have with it is the short time allowed on the app before automatic log out/session expired.

I bought tickets for my parents for Christmas and everytime I try to login to send them to them it says I'm offline when I'm not this needs to be fixed asap
Everytime I try to log into my Ticketmaster account from the Jazz app it tells me that my connection appears to be offline. Doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or on a cellular network it gives me the same error. I can sign into my Ticketmaster account directly and see the tickets but not from the jazz app seems to be a bug that has been happening for months now
Good app
This trash app is the glitchiest piece of doo doo I have ever had to navigate to get access to an event. Freezes, doesn't populate tickets,.. makes you miss paper tickets.
Works half the time. Trying to post tickets to sell and it won't let me. Uninstalled and re-installed and can't get past the second screen. Logging takes 2 or 3 times until it works. Very frustrating. Ordering food seems to work.
