Estimation application downloads and cost
Has not let me log into review or pay my loans... keep getting error message on the app saying I'm not connected to internet but I'm completely connected and am furious about this. Fix this bug asap. Plus you will not receive another penny till you do.
Tried for several days to log in, unable to do so. I know it's the holiday, but come on.
Can't get logged in says I need internet when I clearly have it.
Navient is shutting down. I guess we'll all be migrated to a new company called Maximus and their servicing platform called Aidvantage by the end of the year. Everyone should immediately log into Navient's website and download their statements and other account data just in case Maximus tries to screw up their records.
Can't make a payment if your app don't work.

App simply does not work. Same connection error message as other reviews mentioned for days now. These student loan debt repayment interfaces seems intentionally antiquated to discourage on time payments. At the bare minimum, you should be able to open the app. Website works but again, not user friendly, filled with redirect loops, a chat AI unable to respond very basic questions and most every solution ultimately is to call them. Seriously, allocate more resources to these platforms already.
