Cannot upload documents if scanned and saved on the device... the only option is to take Picture by Camera for all documents and they reply to me it is not clear need them scanned. I emailed them about a week ago and no one came back to me to check. Very poor service

App is not opening at all. I have bought a new phone with android 11.2 but the app is not running on it as well
Before buying any policy from metlife ask about the hidden costs... anything you pay, around 30 % goes to other than the investments in your policy and they don't tell you about it at the time of buying the policy... this happened with me and after 8 years of investing and paying like an idiot, I ended up losing around 5000 USD when I surrendered my 2 policies. In addition to that, terrible customer service in replying through emails. I'm ready to give any info or details to anyone.
Need to login every time I open the App, there is pin or fingerprint option for quick login. And medical provider always give no result irrespective of any search criteria.
Worst password requirement. Never works. Requires reset everytime. Fed up with complaints but the app is still the same usess.
