issues with customer service not knowing or lying passing the blame on Amazon over a failed payment which was klarnas card I had already made the first of the 4 payments they told me to contact Amazon which Amazon said the bank declined it sorry have to talk to them well since klarna already processed the payment from my checking I figure they should know why their own card was declined nope the snotty guy then said it must have been a technical issue awful service refund took days also 🙄
Love this app and all it allows me to buy on payments - intrest free. Really helps at birthdays and Christmas!

Tells you that you have a late payment even when you have made your payment on time...Ya'll really need to fix that instead of charging people late fees when you not supposed to. This will be my last and final time dealing with them!
