I don't understand why there is no options for transferring money, cheque deposit ... What's the point of having a bank account if you don't have the most basic and important option such as transferring money to another account?

Pay your bill and they say didn't receive it have to do all the chasing around to prove that you did pay it and ones they released you had not even an apology wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Money transfered does not appear in the account, cannot getthrough to customer services a pain, any purchase gets rounded up, you lose that I'm feeling lied to and ripped off
