This application is designed for those who are not accustomed to runningor think something very monotonous running (my case)Basically it will merge running intervalsWalking intervals using a different playlist for each step.You can set various parameters:1-Goal meters What is the distance in meters that you intend to run2-Initial Workout How many meters u will start running3-Resting time (in seconds) How long will u walk to recover4-X% Increase What is the percentage that will be used to INCREASE the effort each cycle (race walk x) It increases the distance to run and reduces the walking time5-Decrease X% after X% of your goal. What percentage that will be used to DECREASE the effort each cycle after a certain distance of travel. After u have reached X% of its target, it will start to decline the distance to run and increase the walking time.6-Workout playlist Playlist used to run7-Rest playlist Playlist used to walk.
