For those of you without that old MENU button on your phone, I added an onscreen SETTINGS button. Still trying to keep this sucker backwards-compatible all the way to Android Eclair. Annoying balance free. Thanks to this app makes it easy to calculate the exact amount you should get so you don't end up with cards with balances in them, good job.
