My experience so far is pretty good no major f up's neat app only thing not so great are mvg price for tickets but well...
Still the worst - Running to catch a train that didn't arrive at 6:20 from Aidenbachstraße.... by far and the main reason is because the information is not accurate or in real-time. The U1 and the U3 are terrible with lots of trains being cancelled or especially the U7 not running, which, when using the app, you are never informed about. So many times i have turned up at the station after checking train times to discover delays or problems or to find out the U7 is cancelled for the day.

Pruchase fails occasionally with error. Today my day ticket purchased failed at first attempt but worked on second. When I tried to purchase again for my friend it gave warning. I said okay and proceeded. Then it kept failing . Saying server error. Till.now.
Payment method always fail when you more need it. It stupid to ask for an update just right after paying a ticket when you are in a rush. I think logpay is behind that. Terrible payment services. Forget about buying a to/from airport ticket in a rush with this app.
