All data is automatically transferred to the "Team Calendar" module.TEAM CALENDAR & RESOURCE PLANNERWith the MULTICAL team calendar, all employees have their appointments (meetings), tasks (to-dos and projects) and resources (vehicles, rooms, etc.) under control.Appointments and tasks can be entered for any number of employees and confirmed by the participants. Employees can book meeting rooms or company vehicles and thus always have an overview of which resources are available at what time.The team calendar connects seamlessly with the vacation management: Vacation dates and absences are automatically taken over and displayed. This means that you always have the scheduling under control.TIME RECORDINGThe MULTICAL time recording module completes company management: record the employees working hours in an uncomplicated and flexible manner. The duties entered from vacation management and the team calendar are automatically transferred and the target times for the workload are calculated from them. The time recording recognizes when someone is working, sick or on vacation and automatically adjusts the planned working time accordingly.
