Estimation application downloads and cost
Can't buy tickets on the website anymore and the app takes several minutes to load, then keeps giving me an error every time I try to search for tickets. This is a garbage app that is unbearably slow, full of bugs, and makes you refresh dozens of times to make any progress in the transaction process. Either upgrade your servers, replace your development team, or let us buy tickets through the MTA website again.
Probably one of the only good things to come out of the MTA.. can you guys fix the subway system now?
Takes forever to startup when there is no wifi or data service, i.e. when you're in a dead zone like a tunnel (e.g. GCT)
App works okay, but the fact that I need a separate app for the times is idiotic.
Love it use it three to four times a week
Bug: the app doesn't detadt a timezone change if you're travelling. If the app is running and you arrive in another TZ it doesn't update and you ticket activates at wrong time.
Glitched and purchased 3 tickets when I tried purchasing one. I refreshed the app as instructed and nothing changed. It said there was an error and no ticket was purchased. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in again and 3 tickets showed up.
