It's the worst. Period.
Garbage. App only connects 1 every 10 tries but even when it can find the player, well I can't login because apparently my username and password is incorrect. Trash app all around
We use this for business, but it hasn't worked for months. No one is any help at customer service, cant log in because it says my login is incorrect when it isn't. Attempted a complete reset and setup and it continues to fail. It wont connect at all, fails to gain an IP over and over. We have repeatedly called CS for help and you can tell they have no idea what they are talking about. A solution for CS with no evidence or explanation was to send us a new A/V cable... like why? How is that supposed to fix anything. Long story short, that still didnt work. What is the use for this anyway? It's complete garbage.
Needs work
It takes half an hour to find the mood box every day and keeps disconnecting and it forgets the password and then it can't find the box. It's just a total mess and you really need to have a good reason to use this when it's not a necessary addition to play music. There's just no reason for this app to exist. Just add a connection to the Pandora app such that we can just use the original interface. This app sucks and for now,I'm stuck with it. Update 10/2018. I hate this service. It will just go out for a day or two cat a time. You try to call customer service and you can't. You have to request a call from support. And when you do get a call, it's from someone who barely speaks English. I am currently trying to to find a different solution for my music needs at my place. The entire thing is a joke. Pandora should get out of the contract and send up their own commercial service. Mood half assed everything about this service from the box to the app to the customer service.
