Continually having problems. Emptied my back account trying to load the card while on holiday but it didn't register any of it. So had no money when I needed it. Constantly crashes. Now I can't even log on because it sends a security pin on my texts but won't let me back on the app to enter the digits. When it works it's good but constant issues since I've had it and there's no guarantee it works when you need it so you always have to have backup cash from somewhere which defeats its purpose.
Worked very good untill a few weeks ago! Impossible to log in without 2 phones and forgets the fingerprints log in and goes back to the username and password so you have to do it all over again! A nightmare to log in to!
App needs updating. No fingerprint or face unlock, can't even use password manager to login... Been using money corp for over 3 years, but have changed to Revolut as it doesn't take me 3 minutes to log in to the app every time...
Absolutely awful app - takes 5 to 10 mins to sign up (no you dont need to know my date of birth), riddled with spelling mistakes, slow clunky UX and limited functionality. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Great service terrible app, constantly crashes, when I need to retrieve an sms code it logs out meaning I have to get another code which makes logging in on my phone impossible.
