I've been with this app for like 5 years and this has gotten so bad. The billers keep getting disconnected. Payments get missed. Absolutely unhappy with it anymore.
This app used to be amazing. Everything was laid out in a manner that made sense. Now it feels like they let a designer who'd never made a budget before work on the layout. It's needlessly complicated and freezes half the time. I spend more time restarting the app than I do paying bills. What a shame! Can we go back to the old style, please?
This app was an easy 5 star but since the look has changed, it's a lot slower and I have a lot more "needs attention" on my payees.
How do I delete my old account and start over with a new account? Since I have not used this app in a year or so it is showing old bills from 2021 that have not been paid on the app. How can I clear/delete them?
I used to love this app. Unfortunately this app has become very unreliable in the past couple years. I am often discovering accounts that either no longer sync or can no longer be paid via Prism. I am currently looking for a replacement. When I submit tickets they get resolved after many months. Prism needs to examine their processes to figure out why this keeps happening.
