Would have cost me $57 fee to pay my property tax bill with this app. Good idea, but please eliminate the fees.
Convenient way to pay your bills. Not flashy, but it seems to get the job done. Fees? Yeah, they charge a fee, but using credit cards ain't free. Plus, the developers are based in KCMO. So your non credit card fee money is staying IN Missouri. Win-win.
Overall this app works really well. Paying the processing fees really sucks. It's like being taxed on taxes, but as far as the app itself goes, it's well done and simple to use.
I was able to quickly pay my city bill. Customer service responded right away to my query. Fees are less than desirable but it is convenient.
