This app an card sucks they charge way to much for transactions an declined fees it's outrageous
Horrible. Have tried about 10 times to change my password that I forgot. The temp passwords sent to me get rejected and customer service only sends you more passwords that are rejected. I currently can not access my account and I need my recent pay information for proof of income. Lousy app.
Can y'all improve this app please? Or make a better update for it?
Bank transfer is always down on the weekends and now it's started to be down during weekdays as well!

Doesn't make sense. We switched from Instant (which was awesome) to THIS, and it's so... illogical. Our electronic tips are sent to this Visa prepaid card the next day (instant was at the end of the shift), but there's no way to transfer to your bank. There's an option for "Transfers", but that's if you want to transfer money FROM YOUR BANK, ONTO THIS VISA PREPAID CARD. What??? Why would anyone do that? Needs someone with brains on the development team.
