It would be kinder not to offer reimbursement than to do it through this app. First, the app is required to submit claims, even though this should be doable online. Second, I submitted several receipts a year ago and never heard back, even after emailing. My claim still says "submitted" a year later, with no updates to indicate that it was rejected, accepted or even received. I budgeted with my healthcare plan in mind. Instead Studentcare has cluttered my phone and wasted my time for a year.

This app appears to have been made 10 years ago and is on version 1.0. Clearly never updated

I can only speak from personal experience, but I had no issues whatsoever with my two vision claims. I took a photo of my receipts, submitted the claim, and received my reimbursement within the month.

Only university students would design something this stupid. You actually have to print out the receipt from your provider and take a photo with your phone instead of just uploading the pdf they emailed you. Absolutely pathetic.

Inconvenient to say the least. App is janky and poorly designed. Is it even possible to process claims through it? Called the help line to explain that I've been waiting several months for my claim to be processed and learned that the confirmation email that is sent when a claim is first received is sometimes false. By that I mean that the confirmation email is sent despite the claim not coming through at all. 2-10 days huh. What

Incredibly easy! They must have stepped up their game since all these negative reviews came in, because the registration and claim submission process were an absolute breeze. Couldn't have been simpler or more straight forward.

Only way to file a claim online is through the app. Every time I try setting up my profile and saving it, the app logs me out and makes me sign in again. This app needs an upgrade.
