Unable to set bio-security and open past transactions. Still slow to open website. Website still often unavailable mostly on weekends when it's necessary to transfer money. As I use this site often it has caused many problems when I travel. There is nothing convenient about this website.

The app doesn't work well. I have to call in to make payments

Some very rare glitches in the system but basically a very smooth running app..... It has been getting better lately!
