Been trying to access the savings booster, but it's just not working. Always says there's an error. I also can't access credit card transactions, I can only view the balance or make a payment.

I am 83 years old and I do understand this I know you are trying to update this but it is beyond me. I am sorry a 58 year member and I am lost.I
Cannot login to pay car insurance after update. The funny thing is, the description says this update fixes bugs! I will attempt to use website.
Won't let me log in, even confirmed by customer service that I entered my ID and password correctly. Will change rating once I can log in again, USAA is a good bank with a buggy app.
So far so good.
