Terrible. App sends you around in circles and simply doesn't work. How did this get released? Was ANY testing done?
Forcing people to download your app to see their actual tickets is so scummy
Won't even let you exchange your tickets or add to an existing order. They suck the fun out of going to see live events but are much the only ticket retailer for most larger shows. I'd go to a lot more shows if it wasn't for companies like these. And the app works fine too, I guess.
How does it make any sense that I must pay half of each of my tickets value in fees..... Soo.... ticketmaster... can literally just virtually hand me my tickets. Sad and PATHETIC!
