Not a fan that I had to download the app to fully submit my information for travel when I have uploaded the same information to the website....I dont see the point. Then to "complete my check in"...I had to check my baggage???? Dont see the point in that either....I will be uninstalling after trip. >_>
I have had some trouble with them United app for about a year or so. Lengthy delay in opening and populating fields and even dumping out of the app at times. today it appears to work ok.
The app is OK. Used it before for a trip from from LA to Houston with no problems. Now I'm traveling international and the app will not scan my passport. I see I'm not the only one with this problem.
