"Error logging in" message renders the app unusable, even after reinstall. Requested the council switches to RingGo which usually works. Sick of parking apps.

Charges a "convenience fee" on top of the parking charge but there's nothing convenient about the app. It forced me to update at the worst possible time, and my payment failed despite multiple attempts.
I've used this app for 5 years. When it works,it works well. In the last week it's shown me an error message 'trouble logging in'. It won't go away whatever I do :-( not happy.
can't amend mistakes
Was good now stopped working? No change to my Android 7 phone. Now says "app no longer supported, please update" but looks like there 8s no update. From working for 2 years to unusable overnight.
