Support is none existing. After android 10.3 it stoped working. Properly dependant on some android services not listed
Continued issues. It seems rather difficult to contact tech support, and much easier here...? Version is now 2.5.1 and setting to "not track" does npt work (vacation) keeps coming back pn. Now i want it on, it says it is on, yet is not tracking! Looking for dorection frpm tech support as this is getting old.
It works well for about a month or so, then it stops, I have to constantly baby sit the program to see if it still works. Try to get it operating. After figuring it out, it'll work again for about a month, then stop. I've missed about 6 months worth of trips last year. So annoying!
Not reliable. Made numerous trips this year, only to find out that it hasn't logged a single mile in 3 weeks. I need an app to log miles to be reliable, or it won't serve my business tax purposes. I can't keep having this happen. I need to focus on other things.
This app murders my battery. Upon turning it on, my battery falls from 45% to 35% in 10 minutes. According to the app info active use is 10 minutes with battery usage at 10%. My phone gets really hot while it's running. I've tried uninstalling , restarting, reinstalling, restarting, clearing data and cache, force quitting, starting back up. I've tried the app both with and without battery optimisations, I've tried using work hours. Nothing makes any difference. My phone is not rooted.
Needs some work. App crashes frequently on my Note 9. Also seems to drain my battery which normally lasts 2 days in about 2 hours if not plugged in.
