I love this app it is so user friendly
App stays loading and is very cumbersome to log into and navigate. Other banking apps much more user friendly. Please fix the constant loading issues as I've had to uninstall and re install 3 times already
The Biometric system stopped working and now can't be reactivated. The app crashes on a regular basis
App hangs on pre login screen
The worst app I have ever used. I understand that security is important, but the amount of times I've needed to look up my stupid allocated username to retype login details, log in to the website to get a verification code to add a device (the same device mine you), and redo it all again only because I made the mistake of adding a new fingerprint so I can unlock my phone with my left hand...I'm really losing patience with this app fast.
look at the screen shot i attached to the post, i used to be able to use the app on a different mobile devicw but this one seems to be giving a different response on a Samsung Galaxy S4.
