I love the app for tracking my Betaferon injections. It recommends new sites each time and syncs to my email to send me reminders. To use the app you turn on your Bluetooth and it connects to the Betaconnector so when you inject it can tell the time and how much of a dose is administered.
Seriously disappointed that it says my cell phone is not compatible with the new version despite it being said to work with all android phones. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7... please tell me what I can do to make it work? If it ever starts working I will post a better review for sure.
For some reason after being on Betaseron since 2001, my email address is not recognized. So I tried to start over and I don't have a 4 digit lot #, I have 5 numbers and a letter. So I guess I'm SOL.
I do like the app. The only problems I have had are when I was trying to set up an account it took me forever to figure out the lot number they wanted was on a something INSIDE the little medicine boxes.
Total WASTE of time!!!! Won't recognize the lot code on my prescription box and won't even let me sign up. STUPID!!! 😡
It's not working on my Samsung galaxy s7. Very disappointed!
