Estimation application downloads and cost
Honestly this is a great app. After a reasonably short ad you could watch your K dramas, new animes, the standard TV shows and for the paid option the latest movies! Although some of the functions/features are missing eg speed ups, being a free app what more could you ask for?

Apps that number one in hanging whenever switching btw the advertisement and the show. No improvement observed for more than a year.
The user interface could use some improvement. Once started on a drama there is no next episode available. We have to exit and move to the next episode. This is a basic function in most streaming apps. Please work on some basic functions that other streaming apps provide. This is a app that is widely used by alot of people.

Many users have feedback about the number of ads within a show, but after so long not only that it doesn't improve, the situation worsen. Unlike other apps which allow users to skip the ads after 5 seconds, nowadays we are forced to watch two 30 seconds each ads within a break, and quite often the same ads twice. If I'm lucky to be given a choice to skip my ads after playing for a while, the app will freeze with the show continue playing but disallow me to do control anything again.
