*Very* impressed so far. I do have one small suggestion - please have the ability to add birthdays as free-from text, just as how we can enter the last 4 of SSN's?
Hard to rate when you can even get registered. 4 straight times getting an error. And when you have to scroll through all the months and years to get your date of birth entered, it's way too time consuming. Giving up.
Tried 7 times. Wont accept my own birthdate...and that was a lot of clicks.
App was contrary when downloading. Tried downloading on 2 different devices, finally got downloaded. Getting registered was very difficult and time consuming. First time I used the service was great. The second time, it took hours to receive a call back.
The app is unusable, will not let you confirm appointments but is more than happy to charge you a fee each time you try to get back in only land you in a place where you're stuck & unable to proceed. Fields don't respond to clicks until multiple tries. This app needs a LOT of work. Don't waste your time.
Well after months of trying I can install on my G6 but now the create account page will not load. Old: Cannot install the app on my LG G6. Works on my other devices that I do not use anymore but not on my new phone.
