Terrible platform to receive help from doctors on. Unprofessional list of doctors who cancel appointments, come 20 minutes late to an appointment without any notification or apology for being late, like seriously are these even real doctors? Maybe I just got unlucky with the doctors I chose. I rather pay for the premium at Dr On Demand for the higher chance at better service. If doctors are unhappy with what they're paid on the platform, then change platforms or stick to in-person care.
