Constantly gets stuck. I must Uninstaller then reinstall the app several times a day
Unable to deposit checks. Will take a picture of the front of the check after a few tries, but won't take a picture of the back. It tries, goes to the camera app, looks like the picture is being taken, but no photo for the back. Try again, same thing. Try again, same thing. Please don't tell me to troubleshoot. The troubleshooting page says to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that about 10 times. Fix the app, please. The app is of no value if I can't deposit a check.
Mobile deposit is broke after last update. Will not take pictures of checks. The app focuses on the check and takes the picture, but nothing is displayed on the screen. All the developer does is tells people to a troubleshoot page which is of no help. The developer needs to read all the comments as this problem has existed since the last update.
The app is rather clunky, but I haven't had any real problems with it except since the last update. Now the photos won't work at all and I can't do mobile deposits. This is extremely frustrating and I cannot get through to a human being to talk about it. I've uninstalled and installed several times. UPDATE: canned response to any complaint doesn't enable you to reach a human being or actually describe your problem. However I noticed the one compliment gets a real response.
I have had this app a long time and it worked fine. Now the deposit part of it for online banking hasn't worked in over a week.âšď¸ Please fix soon.
Problems depositing checks for the past few weeks, wont take pictures of check, I've tried on multiple devices, same problem.
