How is it possible that an online only bank has the worst app ever created.. Riddled with problems, constantly.. So difficult to even just check your balance..

Does not display current interest rate.
After login it says the app is undergoing maintenance. This has been the same message for months, so the app is useless to me
"Attention Authentication Required" I have had to setup my fingerprint and register my phone what feels like 20 times in the last 6 months. Everytime I set it all up the app seems to forget everything a few days later and I get the message above. This happens without me clearing cache or anything like that. Very annoying. App is not bad except for this.
If you want to know what you get when a company thinks "what is the bare minimum we can put in an app" then this is the banking app for you
App sucks. Keeps logging me out which is not a problem in itself, the problem is it won't let me log back in. And every app that requires payment info, it takes forever for it to accept CIT. I like the bank but you make it difficult to stick with it when there are constant technical issues. Please fix it
The app no longer works I can't access it at all on my phone and that is the only way to zelle money. This app is horrible
