Only reason I downloaded this was to deposit a check and the feature does not work. Will be deleting as soon as I am done writing the review.
As soon as I tried logging in it started asking me questions that I thought were very suspicious. Questions there is no reason it should know. Like places I've lived 5 years ago. What state my social security card was from. How long I lived in different cities. None of this information I ever gave to first national bank when starting my account. None of these questions were related to my actual security questions. Please I beg you to be careful when logging into this app
Always freezing up.. can't see what is going on with my money
Horrible!!! This app is not working. Somebody please fix it. I sure hope the actual banking system works better than the app. I wish I could give zero stars. Can't wait to uninstall it.
Isn't useful for anything but checking your balance.
The bill pay feature is awful. You can't add payees via the app. You can't see past bill pay transactions. You can't view details of deposits or debits. You can't see the billpay check or the memo line if you forget why you paid the amount. You can't search for anything, not by amount, date, name... etc.... Its an extremely limited app. I have three other bank apps and each one is significantly more user friendly.
