Worst company, they are a con artist. They are holding on to everyone's money in the wallet and are not provided any service. The pandemic has been hard for families and they can even give people their money back. They pretend to help and say their services will be up soon but nothing for over 1.5 years. DO NOT USE
Very minimum features for this app no chance to change dates or pospond the visit or change the service provider hope they do some improvements to it in the future

Worst application and company ever, since Covid started they did not complete all my visits and no refund even if you want to resume with them you can not... thieves.
Worst service ever, they take clients money and freeze & suspend their accounts and ignore emails and on social media they delete or hide comments.. Not only me but so many other users.. I don't recommend anyone to ever ever deal with them!!!
