Can't exactly say why, but the app feels hard to use. Playback is missing features I've come to consider essential, like moving forwards or backwards by some seconds. The "keep watching" list shows programs I've finished and I'm not sure which programs are part of a series or just the app thinks are related. In one case clicking on an episode, restarted it instead of continuing. Also for series I have to manually find which program I've watched last since all episodes show in "keep watching".

If you love history you well love this app
The video player is extremely bad and always lagging
I subscribed for one year but seldom used it because it can only be logged into one device at a time. If it would stay logged in on each television then I probably would have kept it
