This receptor is sensitive to a narrow band of blue light in the 460-480nm range which may suppress Melatonin production - a hormone responsible for your healthy sleep-wake cycles.In experimental scientific studies it has been shown an average person reading on a tablet or smart phone for a couple of hours before bed time may find their sleep delayed by about an hour.The Twilight app makes your device screen adapt to the time of the day. It filters the blue spectrum on your phone or tablet after sunset and protects your eyes with a soft and pleasant red filter. 😊 Better sleeps.

This app is always one of the first I install on every phone. I read stuff on my phone to fall asleep, and if I didn't have this filter, I wouldn't get sleepy! Then I'd have to read books with a light on. UGH, no fun. This app has been the only light filter I need for many years now. My thanks to the devs!

Love this app, but it needs some UI and Logic improvement. Firstly make it easier to select what apps the filter should auto disable on. Secondly, you need to add a way for it to automatically disable when taking screenshots, because the filter doesn't look as pleasent on a screenshot when shared to friends.
