Very disappointed with the bad follow up. High membership fees. Empty promises. Limited matches. Can't be bothered to inform when membership was expiring. Then after expired kept asking u to come down and claim that they had found good matches for u. Felt that its a waste of time and money to renew the membership.
I use this application. A good service given by all customer advisors and from CEO as well. They always Remind me the date for meeting, , take feedback, and do follow up. I suggest for this application.
They does have real pple running business . The service started ok . But it not getting transparent in their service . Costly Basic membership is over 1000. difficult to get real match but it not exactly their fault for limited candidates. It started the old app have few functions .but beware when updating And slowly u being downgrade in even more basics msg service. That when need to pay many extra when should be included in the first place since it should be proper match making .
For those who want to pay for their service.please do not do foolish thing.paid for diamond service in 2019,relationship manager jamie assured alot of things which after that i paid for the service.turns out everything is fake.system problem,no follow-up,matches all stagnant. There contact no post on their website is like ghost number.even the messaging system in the app is also ghosted.poor service out of matchmaking company.will file a police report n case report 4 scamming and cheating.
Is a scam company . Don't join and give any bank detail. They won't provide any service to you and will charge any amount without notify u .
