Far too complicated to control tv. Why does the app force you to log in to change your settings. Buggy and crashed when you try to log in.
This app is DOA these days. It's useless on every device, I just want to update my activities and not have to stare at a blank screen until Android asks to close it.
I can't find the IP address for the hub so I can't change to the new router. How do I tell the hub the new router password?
Like all the rest of their garbage products, this company doesn't care about their customers and will eventually abandon the microscopic portion of the product they provide any support to. This app and the hub itself have always been hot garbage but now that Logitech has once again walked away from yet another product, the app has gone from "annoying to use" to entirely broken. Never going to give this company another dime. Disgusting behavior.
Impossible to navigate, set up and use. Login keeps going to black screen. Good concept with terrible implementation
