It won't connect...
Got this for the LaCross Spa thermometer. The unit works fine, and although the app could find it, no data is read. Absolutely useless. Did somebody's dad make this app?
Will not connect to my 2.4 network. Tells me to put it closer to the router (it is sitting on top of the router leaning against the antennas). Not close enough? A year later and it stopped working. I tried a factory reset and now it won't connect to anything. I might as well be trying to connect to a brick! I was contacted by your support by email and I did everything I was asked and this brick will not connect to my network. It also will not connect to my phone. I have a Samsung S21 ultra.
