Description
Control Tasker directly from your Pebble watch. Supports Pebble Time Round.Choose three tasks to activate anytime without taking your phone out of your pocket. Have these tasks change based on Tasker profiles. Want to access navigation tasks while driving, but also have home automation tasks while at home? Need more than three tasks? Chain tasks together or take advantage of the 20-task secondary menu (by holding the middle button). Program PebbleTasker to open up or close based on Tasker events, so that your three tasks are ready to be used as soon as you get in your car or get home. --> REQUIRES TASKER by Crafty Apps. Make sure you have Tasker installed before installing PebbleTasker.Also requires latest Pebble firmware. Tasker must already be installed before installing this app. If PebbleTasker still doesnt work, please uninstall and reinstall the app.If youre getting a "Loading..." screen that wont go away, you need to update your Pebbles firmware to the latest version. Check inside the Pebble app under the 3-dot menu for the "Check for FW Update" option. If youre running the latest version, restart the watch by pressing the middle button for more than 10 seconds, and toggle the Bluetooth on your phone. Very useful app for my Pebble Time. Using it for calling my wife and connect to Bluetooth devices with a few clicks on the wrist 😀
I use this primarily to control my hue lights via tasker, and it has proven more reliable than the pebble hue apps I tried first.
Customize your actions on Tasker app. And activate them from Pebble. You should get this app if you have a Pebble. Only one issue: phone gets hot and drains the phone battery really quickly (from 20 hr sleep time to 10 hr sleep time). It'd be good if developers can look into this issue? Edit: app is working so far so good after a factory reset on Pebble.. Will update again if any battery drain on phone experienced
Long press to open menu works only once and then never opens till you reinstall the app.
Test it with your phone in your pocket or in the next room. It will not work. It's no different than without the watch, you must hold the cellphone up to your mouth and talk into the phone because the microphone on the pebble watch is not listening to you for anything except vocal SMS replies. Does this app actually do anything? If so... what? What exactly does it do?? Not much at all in reality.
Long press center to show the menu works only very rarely. This must be fixed.
