BOOKED A CRUISE, ROYAL CARIBBEAN HAS THE BEST PRICE POLICY-YOU SEE A CHEAPER BOOKING THEY WILL CREDIT YOU TO LET YOU FEEL THE DEAL IS ALWAYS THE BEST. KLOOK DOES NOT ALLOW AND THEY JUST POCKET THE MONEY. CHEAT! DIFFERENCE OF SGD$400. WILL YOU STILL BOOK WITH THEM? MIGHT AS WELL BOOK DIRECT. AND THEY REPLIED SORRY THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING.

They took away all my klook credits which i had earned through my reviews and travel...how in the blue hell could we have travelled during pandemic?very unfair from such a reputed organisation.lost my trust in them and will not book with them anymore.
Terrible experience with Klook. Booked a cruise trip in Dec 2021, and was advertised that Pre-cruise Gratuities ($315) was included. Yet, 2 days before the trip, Klook sent an email that due to "technical issues" the Gratuities ($315) was not paid and will have to paid before boarding. Updates: Klook has refunded the gratuities in Klook credits. Not the ideal solution, but at least a reasonable solution.
Very bad in handling issues. Too long and issue is still not resolve. Last booking on my end and hoping for a refund. Rebook policy sucks. đ€Źđ€Źđ€Ź
