Kids apps should be free specially when your not doing much.
Good, but needs more pictures
After watching my 3yo with this program, some suggestions: have a parental setting that permanently prevents the background from being coloured, and have the colours scroll repeatedly if the user holds their finger on the up/down arrows above/below the colour swatches. Also, maybe it would be possible to have a parent setting that places the colour swatches at the bottom of the screen (allowing more to be visible at once) and makes the scroll arrows slightly larger, for littlies, or gives a limited palette.
Keeps my daughter silent for half hour atleast....
