The ticketing has a bug. Payment goes through off my card WITHOUT TICKET APPEARING IN TICKET WALLET, in 2 attempts. Refund for both came a day later. Tried again today -- SAME STORY, DEBITED TO MY CARD, BUT NO TICKET. Used to work Ok earlier, but not in MARCH 2022. Is it because there is another TWM app doing the same thing, BUT AT HIGHER PRICES THAN THIS APP? Unfair trading practices to force people to use the TWM App instead??
