Estimation application downloads and cost
The ticketing has a bug. Payment goes through off my card WITHOUT TICKET APPEARING IN TICKET WALLET, in 2 attempts. Refund for both came a day later. Tried again today -- SAME STORY, DEBITED TO MY CARD, BUT NO TICKET. Used to work Ok earlier, but not in MARCH 2022. Is it because there is another TWM app doing the same thing, BUT AT HIGHER PRICES THAN THIS APP? Unfair trading practices to force people to use the TWM App instead??
Since last week, they keep taking my money but the ticket doesn't appear on your screen for it to be used.Just this morning i tried buying weekly pass,money has been taking but no ticket.
Trying to buy a daysaver it's taken the money out the bank yet no Ticket. App is so bad now since the update.
Can't even do the basic of buying a ticket which is the whole point of the app, just failed purchase every time, useless
As soon as this new update IV had problems just bought a£55 4 week pass payment took but no pass ticket and I've now been waiting for refund for a week payment is still pending no replies can't get through to them disgraceful n yesterday bought £3 local n it froze no ticket it done it again n igot 2 tickets
The app was absolutely fine before the update but now it's very slow and didn't even load so I ended missing a bus!
App doesn't work been using this app for a while now with no problems but now all of a sudden its stopped working completely won't let me purchase a ticket at all
