I was really hoping that this would be an application for the express reservation system but it is really just a copy of the train schedule pamphlet with a link to the express reservation system website. The website itself is not bad, but it would have been nice to have a complete application from JR. Those three screenshots above show pretty much the entire application.

Emails and registration in Japanese only. Could not register. Generally unclear app. Thought the Japanese were good at computers.
