Exceptional service
Root is a bait and switch car insurance company. Starts you off with a decent insurance rate and then skyrockets the rate even when you have perfect driving etiquette which happens to be the pitch they have for people who are good drivers to choose them for a lower insurance rate. False advertising. My insurance rose by over $100 monthly and when I called the rep couldn't fix their mouth to give me a solid reason. From $200 to $302 is hard to phantom when you are a safe driver w/ clean history
Started out paying $117 then that bumped to $181 despite no tickets or accidents.. I would only use them for the year before I had to switch to Progressive for better rates.
Hate the app
I was told my finances car was covered as my state requirements,glad I looked because it wasn't what my state required .I don't know what scam they running lying to customers but people need to be informed
