Description
"Jockey Club Gold Club" is one of the innovative and sustainable community projects of "Jockey Club Gold Club". It is specially designed for middle-aged people and the elderly to provide one-stop inter-professional comprehensive health and community care services. The center was established in 2009 and is managed by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It provides a dementia day care center and primary medical health services.
