Description
The mobile application of Jalanidhi-II is used by all District Managers of the Odisha state. This app comes into action when the farmers are clubbed by the DM after farmer registration in riverlift.odishaagro.nic.in web portal. Then the DM checks the feasibility of the soil, water and electricity through the mobile app. This is done for the smooth installation of the transformer and motor. For this the farmers pay their share to OAIC through offline mode. Admin approves the farmer payment and then the approval goes to DM. DM approves the payment. In the mobile application DM captures the Completion Photo as well track before and after Transformer installation location. The DM logins to his/her account by giving all login credentials. Then the feasible cluster list is shown in which there can be multiple farmers and then the DM takes photo of all feasible cluster IDs farmer wise. Then they confirm for soil, water and electric feasibility of their area. Then the DM clicks the photo of the expected area of transformer installation. Another photo is clicked after transformer installation just to confirm that the transformer is installed at the expected area only. This is called as the completion photo. The DM confirms the completion by taking photos of all the farmers in a cluster.
