The Jaguar InControl Remote Smartphone App allows you to remain in touch with your Jaguar, making life easier when it really counts. I've tried to register about 20 times. Each time it says email sent to me and to check my spam folder. No email has ever appeared, as a result I cannot use Spotify in my new car. Very poor show. I notice that they have not replied to any comment since 2019!

Great car. Awful app. Former Tesla owner. Terrible layout. Fails to update charging status/details. As a former Tesla owner moving to Jaguar they have to learn from the best when it comes to basics like this. Totally unreliable app and discredits the efforts of the engineers who have done a cracking job with the actual car. Come on Jaguar sort this out. Totally useless and amateur to even release such a mess to customers.

Installed this app on my new xf back in March and tried the remote srart which worked great. Now 6 months on as the weather is colder I thought I'd start my car using the app. It didn't recognise my log in. Tried a password reset which did not work so thought I'd uninstall the app and start again. Now I can't even get the app installed although it's rolling me they have installed it. Useless app. Not fit for purpose.
