Estimation application downloads and cost
Having used the Carly for Mercedes I am now impressed with the foundations that have been laid for Carly for Porsche. It's already looking super promising and over time it will become a must have for all enthusiasts

Not very useful, lacks the functionality of other versions. Disappointing expensive purchase.
WARNING! ā When purchasing a Carly Adapter it does NOT include the Full-Version app (all you will get is the Lite Version only with some basic reporting and car check features, so NO Coding). If you would like to have the Full-Version, you will have to pay for an in-app purchase, an extra yearly subscription in the cost of the adapter -PER YEAR! So for example, If you will be keeping your car for 5 years, you will be paying 5x more the cost of the adapter. Better buy a different adapter.
What a rip-off!! They reel you in first with the dongle, then you find out, to use it, you have to buy the full licence, which someone said is an annual fee. In my case, I can't even get through the Car-check which is a prerequisite to purchase the full licence. Luckily for me I guess. Neither Josef nor Robert could help. Nil reports available. Log info promised but not delivered. Spent EUR49 or so for nil results....
Not worth it if you own a Porsche. My 970, at least, has zero usable features in this app. Torque is cheaper and does all the same stuff. If you are serious about your Porsche and want to take care of it, you need to buy a standalone computer. That's what I did in the first week and they pay for themselves.
Not working for Porsche 996 Turbo, even listed as compatible! Bad support, no solution for issue.
